Trainer Accreditation Manual
Introduction:
Academic Accreditation & Public Relations Committee:
It is the body authorized to evaluate and accredit trainers in the various training and academic programs held at BARVQ, and its most prominent tasks are: evaluating the accreditation request and the files attached to it, determining their compliance with BARVQ standards and values, and judging their eligibility for accreditation by the Board of Directors..
Academic accreditation mechanisms and procedures for trainers.
1. Accreditation request
The candidate applies for a “certified trainer” using the designated form and sends it via e-mail to the Committee for Academic Accreditation and Public Relations.
2. Verification of accreditation qualifications:
The Academic Accreditation and Public Relations Committee responds to the e-mail duly within a maximum period of 72 hours from the date of sending the application. It sends the candidate a copy of the accreditation criteria with (BARVQ) and is asked to provide the committee with the accreditation documents, which are:
- The main file: including (educational achievement, training experiences, motivation letter, references).
- The legal file: including (the relevant training licenses – according to the requirements of the home country).
The Academic Accreditation and Public Relations Committee manages the receipt and archiving of documents, and then prepares a team for review and verification to ensure the authenticity of documents.
3. Audit Report
The Board of Directors authorizes the Academic Accreditation and Public Relations Committee to identify and assign best practices to verify documents, and after completing the review and verification processes, the team submits its report to the Academic Accreditation and Public Relations Committee, including (the results of compliance with standards, the results of evaluation measures).
4. Accreditation Decision
The Academic Accreditation and Public Relations Committee prepares its final report on the candidate seeking accreditation after reviewing the report of the verification team, to ensure its consistency and credibility, and submits its recommendations to the BARVQ Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors discusses the recommendations of the team and the committee, and either the approval of the accreditation or the refusal of accreditation is announced, provided that the candidate is notified within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of sending the request of the reasons for refusing the accreditation, and he has the right to return the request after completing the deficiencies in it.
Indicators for evaluating the candidate's training file.
The institution applying for accreditation is considered to have obtained accreditation for the training bag if it obtains 70% or more .
Note:
The Academy has the right to add any additional requirements, when necessary, given the specificity or nature of some training packages.The evaluation questionnaire is based on the five-point Likert scale, with five scores determined by: (poor, average, acceptable, very good, excellent), provided that the percentages of these scores are digitally translated as follows:
20 % or less = “weak”
20 – 40 % = ” average “
40 – 60 % = ” good “
60 – 80 % = ” Very good “
81 % or more = “excellent”

The candidate seeking accreditation is considered a trainer accredited by BARVQ if he/she obtains 70% or more.
Note:
The Academy has the right to add any additional requirements, when necessary, given the specificity or nature of some training packages.
For example: a trainer with a PHD in human resources, who has trained training packages related to finance, project management or quality management, ….., this is not considered a match for the exact specialization, and the training experience will be counted in the indicator No. INS-KPIs/3 , And so on …
