The aims of this programme will allow learnersto:
- Gain a sound and coherent foundation in HRM, such that they will be able to define and execute
practical HRM interventions that exist in professional practice
- Synthesize and critically evaluate theoretical frameworks of strategic HRM, business ethics,
designand innovation as applied to HRM
- Demonstrate an understanding of the practical value ofthese frameworks in a range of strategic businesssituations
- Create frameworks for understanding and analysing HRM processes indiverse organisational types, encountering different and changing HRM environments
- Develop practical research and analytical capabilities in the context of HRM-driven strategy
- Review, modify, synthesize and apply transferable HRM concepts and skills in the managementof human resources
- Critically assess HR data and information from a variety of organisations and use this for strategicHRM and decision-making

The student will have to pass the 6 compulsory units as shown in the above table to be eligible for the Diploma in HRM
It is expected that the student, at the end of this program, will be able to:
- Demonstrate a strategic understanding of the digital human resource mechanism, within different work environments.
- Demonstrate profound competence in successfully implementing, completing and evaluating a large project using advanced digital human resource management skills.
- Evaluate with a critical eye the current practices in strategic management of human resources within the organization.
- Demonstrate critical awareness of contemporary digital human resource management practices.
- Provide a comprehensive summary of current practices in digital human resource management, and discuss contemporary issues of digital human resource management.
- Demonstrate teamwork and leadership skills in business organizations.
- Aligning digital human resource management procedures with the program and strategic objectives.
- Understand the integration of the organization’s policies, and applying strategic management skills for human resources within it.
- Evaluate the feasibility of the shifts that occur in the organizational environment, coinciding with the trend towards digitizing human resources, and assessing their compatibility with the strategic capacity of the particular organization.
Previous studies: to continue in the same major:
The student must have:
- University degree in a similar specialty or equivalent.
Work experience: to continue a different major
- University degree in a work-related subject, or equivalent international qualification from a learning institution recognized by BARVQ.
- If student doesn't have the academic or professional qualifications required above but have substantial managerial experience and a proven track record, we will also consider your application.
Student will need to submit:
- A Proof of identity - it could be a national identity card, your passport, or a legally valid document.
- A recent CV.
- Copies of previous certificates and qualifications / Professional experience.
- The proof of payment of €350 (the first installment of the tuition fees). This sum will be fully refunded in case of application rejection by the selection commitee.
